Foe requests to be honored you MUST agree to these terms of service.  To fail to do so will result in your request being discarded. 

 1.  All requests are NOT guaranteed to be filled simply because some may be too complex to fill or, there may be time constraints involved. 

2.  I absolutely will NOT fill requests for Hateful, Racist or, otherwise Offensive graphics. 

3.  General graphics will be done “Free” of charge.

4.  I will do graphics with Adult Content.  However these will not be done for “Free”, they will require the following:

·        Adequate proof of age, (18-years or older), by sending via email a scanned copy of Legal State Identification or, Birth Certificate. 

·        A payment made via Credit Card or Electronic Transfer.  The Prices vary depending on the type of enhancement and it’s complexity.  Payment details will be sent to you upon review of your request. 

5.  I will only fill ONE request at a time.  If you wish more than one item you MUST wait for any previous request that you’ve made to be filled. 

6.  I will not guarantee or warrantee any graphics that I design.  You use them at your own risk.  I WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer by using my graphics.  However, All files will be scanned a minimum of two times for currently known viruses before you actually receive it.

7.  All graphics are intended solely for personal use.  They MAY NOT be copied, reproduced, edited or, altered in any way, fashion or form.  They are not intended for sale or resale.  If you wish to distribute them you MUST do so in their ORIGINAL FORMAT.  They CANNOT be posted to any website or personal web page without first being given specific written consent to do so.
